Can I update my contact details?

Yes. Your physical card is linked to your digital profile, so you can change your phone number, email, website, job title or links anytime — the card itself never needs reprinting.

Do I need to replace my card if my details change?

No. That's the point of Tapello. The card stores a link, not your details. Update the profile and every future tap shows the new information.
