Orders and production

Every Tapello card is custom made for you. Orders enter production once design is confirmed. Because cards are personalised, production begins only after you approve the design.

Design approval

Where Tapello designs your card, you'll receive a design to approve before production. Please check names, titles and details carefully — approved designs are printed as-is.

Subscriptions

The digital profile is an optional monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime; your physical card continues to work, but it will no longer open an editable profile.

Acceptable use

Cards and profiles must not be used for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent your identity or business, or to infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual property

You confirm you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos or brand assets you supply. Tapello retains ownership of its own designs, templates and platform.
