If you cancel
Your card never stops working
Cancelling Pro or Teams returns you to Tapello Basic. Your NFC card, your QR code and your public digital profile stay live, and you can keep editing your details. Pro features stop: new Share Your Details lead capture is switched off and contact statuses and notes become read-only. Contacts you have already captured are never deleted — they stay visible and you can export them to CSV any time.
