Custom-made products
Every Tapello card is custom produced for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind once production has begun.
Our quality promise
If your cards arrive damaged, faulty or don't match your approved design, we'll reprint and replace them at no cost. Contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before design approval. Once production starts, orders can't be cancelled.
Subscriptions
Digital profile subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account or by contacting us — no lock-in contracts.
